Are you a reliable, friendly driver looking for consistent casual or part-time work with your middle-of-the-day free? We'd love to hear from you!
We are a family-owned and operated bus service based in beautiful Kununurra, and we take great pride in providing safe, reliable transport for our local school community.
We're now searching for a professional and community-minded driver to join our small, supportive team for a local school bus run, commencing at the start of Term 3, Monday 21 July 2026.
The Role at a Glance:
Monday to Friday (school terms only)
Morning run: 6:00am – 8:00am Afternoon run: 1:30pm – 3:30pm
$180 per day ($45 per hour)This role is perfect for someone seeking steady, part-time hours (20 hours per week) with the middle of the day free to pursue hobbies, family time, or other interests. We'd also love to hear from anyone interested in casual, fill-in or relief driving — flexibility goes both ways in our team!
Extra Hours Up for Grabs: From time to time we also have paid charter work available at an hourly rate, so if you're keen to pick up additional shifts as they come up, there's plenty of opportunity to do so.What You'll Need:
MR Licence (Medium Rigid) or higher Working With Children Card First Aid Certificate PTD (Passenger Transport Driver) AuthorisationDon't have everything on the list? Don't let that stop you from applying! As long as you hold a current MR Licence, the other tickets and certifications can be worked on and completed prior to your start date. We're happy to point you in the right direction and support you through the process.
