Caravan Park – All-rounder Couple

Townsville Tourist & Lifestyle Village are looking for an amazing “All-Rounder Couple” to join our team. We are looking for a couple with industry experience who are available to work on weekends. We have an awesome team and need people who will compliment it for the long term (minimum 12 months).

Our park is located in a beautiful part of Townsville and close to excellent facilities. We are a 140 site, mixed use park and caters for tourists, long term and manufactured homes, predominantly for the over 50’s.

This position is for a couple and one person must have experience with RMS, working with a busy phone and meeting and greeting guests to check in. Some cleaning will also be required.

For the other position we need a skilled Handyperson/Gardener/Labourer/Allrounder. They must be physically fit, have proven experience working outside and in landscaping and/or labouring. Duties will also include fencing, concreting, painting, gardening, pool care, cleaning and general maintenance within the caravan park. We are a developing park so a willingness to be flexible in a variety of work, working independently and an eye for detail is essential.

This position is paid at Award Rates, including all applicable penalty rates. We would ideally be looking for the couple to start October/November. Hours can be flexible but a minimum of 3 days is required, Friday to Sunday. This can be a full time position, working 38 hours per week, the other days can be negotiated/flexible for the right people. This position comes with the possibility of on-call shifts throughout the week. This position is ideal for a couple who has their own van and willing to live on-site.
