Caravan Site in Exchange for Work | Margaret River Region

We are offering a secure long-term caravan site in the Margaret River Region for a travelling grey nomad couple in exchange for weekend cleaning at our accommodation business.

The caravan site is located on two bays of our machinery shed and measures approximately 9m x 7.2m. It includes 15amp power, potable water, an ensuite (currently without a hot water system), grey water drainage, cassette disposal point, waste collection, and some basic outdoor furnishings.

In exchange for rent, we require 6 hours of work per week, mainly weekend cleaning, with a minimum stay of 8 weeks.

No professional cleaning experience is required, but the work is physical, so it would best suit a fit, reliable couple living in their own caravan. There may also be some additional work hours available depending on your skills, although this would not be regular enough to rely on as a main income.
