Hi fellow grey nomaders,

Are you looking for a Sea Change Caretaking Position on Tasmania’s Central East Coast?

We own and operate a small boutique tourist accommodation business on the central East Coast of Tasmania in the seaside town of Swansea consisting of Lodge suites, cabin and a range of cottages, adjacent the beach and centrally located.
We are seeking either a single or couple as part time caretakers/ assistants commencing as soon as possible.
Duties will include caretaking, some reception duties Monday pm - Thursday - 3 1/2 days) some  laundry and grounds work (weekly retainer) and some (paid) house attendant duties.
In exchange, we can offer you a place to park your van or motor home, power, toilet, and WiFi all centrally located and adjacent the beach.
For a single applicant  a studio bedsit may be negotiated.

You will have experience in this type of work, including appropriate office computer skills with a PMS system, be completely reliable, honest with references or referees readily available, a great work ethic and eye for detail as well as being “ house proud”.

Additionally you will need to be a people person as you will be working with guests and attending to telephone enquiries.
