Caretaker Couple – part time

Are you a semi-retired/travelling couple looking for a peaceful spot to stay in exchange for a few hours work?
We’re seeking a reliable, hands-on couple to help us maintain a 5 acre property in the beautiful Swan Valley, Western Australia for a few hours a week.
Tasks include: General garden and yard maintenance Fencing repairs Chainsaw work (firewood, clearing) Orchard care and seasonal tasks Light house maintenance
What we offer: A peaceful site to park your own self-contained caravan (must have own bathroom) Power and water supplied A welcoming and relaxed environment
You bring: A positive, proactive attitude Handy skills, a current National Police clearance, and clean and sober lifestyle,  and a reasonable level of fitness Your own caravan with amenities Experience with tools and garden maintenance (chainsaw knowledge a bonus) Perfect for a couple wanting to enjoy the lifestyle and wine country of Swan Valley in exchange for lending a hand a few hours a week. Perhaps even getting casual work elsewhere for a few days/hours or just enjoying the beautiful location.
