Caretaking role, EXCHANGE

Trial period three months.  References.

We offer  cottage(basic furnished- including fridge and washing machine), electricity, rainwater, carport, garden shed, zero turn lawnmower.

In return for roughly a couple of hours work daily Monday to Friday.  Flexible due to owners coming or going any day of the week.  Your house and garden upkeep in your own time separate to jobs.

Jobs including (open for discussion) garden upkeep watering, mowing (zero turn), weeding…., cleaning verandahs/ maybe indoors if required, ironing, animals- dogs, chooks, geese, cat, etc…

We run cattle and sheep with guardian dogs and donkeys and have working dogs so no pet dogs please.

This is not a full time role for physical work, however we do require someone reasonable fit/ active.  Having a presence on our property when we are away is very important.  We don’t have farm work available.

It is a peaceful place to live, close to towns, amenities etc.
