Caretaker for small property near Coffs Harbour

Thinking to sit out the winter somewhere quiet?  Caretaker couple required.

1 hectare property in Coffs Harbour rural region, 6 km from CBD, Supermarkets, Medical, etc.

Looking for a couple (not suitable for children or pets) from 16th March 2026 for possibly 4 - 5 months, with own ensuite van/motorhome, however there will be access to the shed bathroom with shower & toilet.  Level site available with power & water at no cost.

Required to maintain lawns (ride-on mower) & gardens (weeding, spraying, watering), max. 3 hours per week, & provide a presence on the property.
