Caretaker for Yarra Valley Farm

Looking for a stay-in caretaker couple to help manage our delightful farm.
It is 12 acres in Yarra Valley with a tennis court, pool and detached 2-bed guest house with full amenities. Role includes general property maintenance, mowing, monitoring irrigation, yard clean up. As well as some cleaning inside and out. Stay for free and we are also happy to pay a small weekly cash stipend. Expectation is around 5 hours of work per week per person staying (1 hour per day or a half-day on weekends).  
Available immediately. We're hoping to have someone reliable to stay over winter this year when we travel away.
