THE ROLE

This is a light-medium, rewarding role requiring approximately 15 hours per week. Duties include:

• General farm maintenance and caretaking
• Running pumps and irrigation
• Gardening, whipper-snipping, and ride-on mowing
• Assisting with repairs and improvements to the farm cottage

Additional paid work opportunities may be available for those interested.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A motivated, active individual or couple who love rural life
• Reliable and self-sufficient with a moderate level of fitness
• Experience in carpentry, farming or general property maintenance is an advantage
• Non-smokers who are tidy, and take pride in their space
• Dog lovers welcome — well-behaved dogs considered (note: property is unfenced)

THE ARRANGEMENT

This is a non-employment lifestyle exchange — free accommodation and the use of the property in return for farm duties. No rent, no bills, just the simple pleasures of rural Queensland living.
