Seeking a mature, reliable single or couple for a unique  arrangement at our small Serviced Apartment Hotel in North Melbourne.

This is not a traditional job. This is an accommodation exchange, ideal for a semi-retired or retired person/couple.

What We Offer:

• A fully-furnished 1-bedroom apartment.

• All utilities paid (electricity, water, internet).

• A prime, inner-city location.

What We Ask For in Return:

• Your responsible presence on the property after hours (evenings, overnight, and weekends).

• You are free to sleep, relax, or work on your own projects. Your primary role is simply to be here.

• You will only need to respond to rare and urgent issues, such as guest lock-outs, fire alarms, or taking the bins out weekly.

This is a perfect fit if you:

Important Note

You would be an employee who recieves payment to the value of the rent.  Payments will be reported to the ATO with each pay run.
