Fleet Coordinator

**Job Opportunity: Fleet Coordinator (Casual)**

We are a small, family-run school bus business seeking a reliable and mechanically minded individual to join our team as a Fleet Coordinator.

**About the Role:**
- **Casual**: 3 days per week, 3 hours per day
- **Pay Rate**: $45 per hour
- **Flexible Schedule**: We’re happy to tailor the role to suit the right candidate

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform small-scale in-house maintenance
- Coordinate movement of buses for scheduled services and inspections
- Monitor depot and bus inventory
- Liaise with local mechanics and trades for required repairs
- Clean buses and perform daily fluid and tyre pressure checks
- Act as a backup driver for bus runs when required

**Ideal Candidate:**
- Mechanically minded with a background in mechanics or plant operating
- Proactive and organized
- Comfortable working closely with the business owners
