Handyman skills are an advantage with some low-key maintenance.
Basic Computer literacy to access documents & communicate using Skype.
All applicants Must have a valid Australian driver's license & vehicle to carry cleaning equipment whilst preparing homes.
Smartphone capable of accessing the Internet.
We need someone who is happy to be able to attend to guests' requirements on an occasional, as-needed basis, like after-hours call out to deliver extra supplies. (may be required once a week / fortnight)
Benefits
+Excellent remuneration
+Accommodation available, nominal weekly rent fee
+Minimum 3-month contract with extension option
+15-25 hours per week for each person: working 5-6 days a week.
More hours may be available to the right people.
