If you are considering exploring the Alice Springs region, we have a beautiful location for you to stop at and a campground to base yourself.

Ooraminna Station Homestead is seeking grey nomads or young nomads for positions or exchanges available over summer.

We are a hospitality and tourism business located 30km southeast of Alice Springs on a working cattle station with cows, horses, goats, a cute donkey and beautiful outback hills.

We provide secluded getaways in 4 private cabins and hold outdoor events and functions.

We also have a resort pool.

We need people to join our team to help with project development and handiman maintenace.

Skilled people who are looking for a beautiful place to base themselves in the wonderful central desert with no pressure on daily living, plenty of work/life balance, just ready to pitch in and help away on property including garden and building maintenance

• landscaping
• carpentry/building
• plumbing / waters
• machinery operating ( grader, backhoe, loader)
• small scale livestock feeding with ag vehicles (we have a small number of goats, chickens, horses, donkey, deerhound)
• water management of one bore

In exchange for your assistance, we can offer you a space for your motorhome/caravan in our campground with use of the amenities block.

There are washing machine facilities located at the homestead. We also have onsite accommodation (limited).

Accommodation and meal packages always negotiable. Plenty of action and things to do always.
