Description
We are looking for someone to renovate a farm cottage. Previous tenants have just moved out --and it needs a bit of TLC. Mainly repairing minor wall and ceiling cracks, a new carpet and painting.
Plenty of room for a van with access to power and water, or you would be able to stay in the cottage.
If you wanted to stay in the area for longer, you'd be welcome to stay at the cottage, in return for some basic maintenance around the farm or gardening.
We are in Arthur River--2.5 hours south of Perth
