House sitter and business minder

Hello lovely potential sitter,
We are seeking someone to look after our house while we are away. Separate from, but in the same building we run short term accommodation. Mark deals with most aspects of the business remotely. Cleaners are employed 7 days a week. However, we need someone on the ground to problem solve and to help out with daily requirements such as:

• adjusting bookings in the physical bookings diary, erase cancellations, pencil in new bookings, (changes will be communicated as required.)
• Write notes for the cleaners in a daily communication book.
• Make the occasional breakfast (these are infrequent due to conscious pricing, but we still do it)
• Help out with the laundry when the need arises

Our house is in Middleton Beach and has sweeping views of the beach and hinterland. It is a purpose built B & B with three guest suites, foyer and laundry on the lower level. Guests have their own parking and entrance from the side street. Our living area is completely separate and secure (solid lockable door) from the guest areas. Our part of the house is one bed, one bath. A queen-size wall bed is available in the sewing room if a second bed is required.
There is garage parking available for one car and off-street parking for another. There is room in the cul-de-sac if you need to park a van or trailer etc.
We have fast internet and a smart TV for your streaming services. Foxtel is available for your use. The kitchen is a 'cooks' kitchen' and well equipped. The bathroom has a deep bath and walk-in shower. There is a separate toilet, and a laundry. There is a pizza oven and BBQ in the courtyard. Underfloor heating provides warmth in winter and the seabreeze cools in summer. The garden is on retic and won't need much attention, but knock yourself out if you feel like pulling weeds or tending to the vege patches.
There are stairs from the garage to the house, to the suites and to the downstairs garages. This is not a house where someone with mobility issues will be comfortable. Sitters will need their own car as public transport is all but non-existent.
There is no smoking of any sort on our property, inside or out.
