Description
Jumbuck are a fourth generation Australian business with large scale cattle and sheep properties throughout the country.
Blina is located 150kms east of Derby in the Kimberley region of Western Australia. Most of the station lies between the Great Northern Highway and the Gibb River Road to the north. Well managed, resourced and maintained, Blina runs approximately 24,000 head of Brahman cattle.
We will have a position available for both a Station Cook and Lick Delivery Driver, commencing in July.
The Cook will be responsible for providing healthy and nutritious meals for around 10 people on working days, covering breakfast, lunch, dinner and smoko. Primarily, it will be based out of the main commercial-style kitchen at the Homestead complex that is fully outfitted and comfortable to work from.
The Lick Delivery Driver will delivery lick (cattle supplement) around the various paddocks on the station via a flatbed truck. A HR license is preferred, but as the driving is all on private property without the need for use of public roads, we are also open to considering those on a standard license who have experience with trucks and / or delivery work.

Comfortable on-station accommodation with aircon, food / meals and utilities are provided along with above average way and entitlement to a (pro-rata) end of season bonus. The opportunity to return for the 2025 season exists for the right applicants.
Previous experience in both areas is an advantage and the role would suit those who may be travelling through the region and/or come from a farming or agricultural background or region.
