Water and power provided in lieu of 2 hours work each day to help relocate some laundry cupboards and plumbing for a toilet . Suited to a handyman/plumber with a family that enjoys a bit of hobby farm atmosphere.
Dog welcome as long as ok with other dogs and cats - won’t chase them. Please clean up after your dog. Fully enclosed yard with vineyard views.
$100 deposit for electric gate remote and refunded when remote returned.
