Management Rights Couple

We are seeking a dedicated Management Rights Couple to join our team in Maroochydore, Queensland.

In this full time 6 month contract role, you will be responsible for the day to day operations and management of our mixed residential/holiday property complex, ensuring delivery of exceptional customer service and the maintenance of our high-quality facilities.

Duties:

• Overseeing the overall management and administration of the property complex.
• Handling all tenant and resident inquiries, concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Co-ordinating and supervising the cleaning maintenance and upkeep of the common areas and grounds
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and company policies
• Fostering a positive and welcoming community environment for residents and guest

Experience required:

• Extensive experience in property management, ideally within the hospitality or tourism industry
• Minimum 3-5 years of property management
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently
• Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
• Understanding of relevant legislation and regulations pertaining to the management of residential properties
• A current real estate licence is required for this role
• Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work weekends and public holidays as required
• Australian work rights are required for this position
