We’re a small, family-owned engineering workshop in Theodore looking for an experienced Metal Fabricator to join us. If you’re a skilled grey nomad who enjoys hands-on work, variety, and being part of a down-to-earth local team, we’d love to hear from you.

Start date: ASAP (flexible for the right person)

What you’ll be doing:

• MIG/TIG welding – steel, stainless & aluminium
• Cutting, folding, drilling & general fabrication
• Working with workshop machinery & hand tools
• Machining experience (lathe/mill) is a big bonus
• General mechanical/maintenance skills also highly valued

Our work supports agriculture, mining and local industry — plenty of variety and interesting jobs.

What we’re chasing:

• Fabricator/Boilermaker OR strong hands-on experience
• Someone reliable who can work unsupervised
• Good attention to detail and pride in your work
• Driver’s licence (forklift ticket a bonus)
• Life experience and practical problem-solving highly valued
