Motel Manager – Casual / Short-Term Engagements

We are seeking a reliable and confident Motel Manager to oversee the operation of a small 10-bedroom motel on a casual basis, a couple of times per year.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, personable, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing bookings and guest check-ins/check-outs
• Answering and handling phone enquiries professionally
• Basic administration and use of a computer-based booking system
• General oversight of the motel during management periods

Skills & Experience:

• Experience with the RMS booking system is desirable but not essential
• Confidence using a computer and basic software
• Confident and professional phone manner
• Strong communication and organisational skills
