Our 600 acre picturesque rural property is located 12 mins from Yeppoon, Capricorn Coast.
The role would suit a couple, wanting somewhere to live whilst still remaining a little bit active in semi retirement. Still being able to see all the sights around Rockhampton & Yeppoon without the caravan park costs.
Our caretakers, would be required to help mow lawns, (zero turn mower), slash & odd jobs. Also help with Airbnb & the cleaning of amenities when needed. This job is available to commence end Oct/November thru to whenever. We offer beautiful rural views, power, water, toilet & laundry in exchange for your place to live.
