Painter- Government Contract

We are recruiting experienced painters in Townsville on behalf of QBuild, the Queensland Government’s leading provider of building and construction services.

Role: Painter

Rate: $47.30/hr + Allowances

Location: Based in Garbutt – Projects spanning across the Townsville region

Duration: 3 months (extension possible)

The role covers all aspects of painting — surface preparation, priming, coatings, and finishing — and may include some cross-trade tasks.

Your role will involve:

• Performing painting duties as part of a multi-skilled team or independently
• Engaging in some cross-trade work where required
• Using digital systems to for tracking and reporting
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed
