Grey Nomad All-Rounder (or Couple) – Sheep Station

3–6 Month Posting | Flexible Start | Option to Extend

Location: Haddon Rig – historic, family-owned sheep station on Marthaguy Creek, with additional farming country on the Macquarie River

Haddon Rig is seeking a capable Grey Nomad all-rounder or couple to join our stock team for a 3–6 month stay. This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for practical people who enjoy station life, open spaces, and being part of a positive team.

Duties Include:

• Fencing and general repairs

• Welding and fabrication

• Basic mechanical work (desirable)

• Maintenance of houses, yards and station infrastructure

• Water pipe and water line repairs

• Stock and domestic water runs

• Feed runs

• Gardening and yard maintenance

• General farm and station duties

Work is predominantly alongside our stock team, so flexibility and a team mindset are essential.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has strong practical skills (fencing essential)

• Can weld and handle basic mechanical tasks

• Is self-motivated and reliable

• Works well independently and within a team

• Is willing to turn their hand to whatever needs doing

• Is available for weekend work during peak times
