STILL LOOKING!!

**Looking for our next caretaker (pref)couple, not family, with self contained van. Bathroom available. Washing machine. Kitchen with fridge.

**Telstra mobile reception (over most of the property). Apple I-phones work best. Landline always available for emergencies.

**Rain Water and power supplied in return for caring for working dogs & basic watering/ mowing maintenance of small country garden and having a presence on the property. Checking livestock and waters if necessary.

** Due to having working dogs and livestock, no pet dogs is preferable

** Must enjoy outdoors and the serenity of being in the bush. Beautiful ridges/ valleys and sunset views to explore if bushwalking, nature or photography is your thing. Plenty of dams to throw a yabby net in or to cool off.

**from LATE JANUARY ONWARDS, can be flexible. Length of stay open for discussion. Previous caretakers have been staying one to five month periods, with some returning.

**80 km Nth west Goondiwindi, 20 mins from servo/ shop/ bar, coffee.. all bitumen roads.
