Georgina Pastoral Company is accepting applications for a Station Cook / All Rounder at Miranda Downs Outstation - Rice Lagoon, in the heart of northwest Queensland’s Gulf Country, to join us for the end of the mustering season. Immediate start.
Station Cook / All Rounder Role
The Station Cook role includes:
- providing healthy home-style meals for up to 10-15 people daily
- maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining area, cold room and butcher shop.
In addition to cooking, the All Rounder role includes assisting with other day-to-day station duties including but not limited to:
- maintaining clean and tidy guest quarters and lawns.
This position requires:
- Cooking experience or willingness to learn
- Excellent time management skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to live remotely
