Looking to slow things down without putting the tools away? Lava Valley Produce is seeking an experienced part-time Mechanic & Machinery Operator to join our multi-generational family farming operation.

This role is ideal for someone practical and mechanically minded who enjoys staying active, working outdoors and being part of a good team. Perfect for a grey nomad, semi-retired mechanic, or experienced operator looking for flexible, hands-on work in a relaxed rural setting.

The role includes:
🔧 Light mechanical work & servicing
🚜 Operating tractors & farm equipment
🌿 General farm/orchard support
💧 Irrigation checks & basic maintenance
