Gray haired grader driver

We are looking for a gray haired grader driver the sort that knows how to bruise black soil without turning it into a river. Not one of those blokes who thinks he's working for the government and builds up roads so I can't get a truck off it because of 3 foot spoon drain thing that is like a 5km dam. If you can actually stay 2 metres off the fence so you don't make the whole fence lean over and rip out wires that would be fantastic. If you know how to blow out the air filter daily and use a grease gun then you get a bonus. If you know where first and second gear are and how to stay in them then you move to employee of the month with more bonuses.

Job is start 7am and home by 5 because I hate looking for people in the dark and it is too bloody cold to start earlier and finish later. Grader is air conditioned though so you can operate in dust free environment. I don't give a stuff if you smoke inside just clean the a/c filter when you do 250 hour service.

It is pretty good if you can clean a toilet though if you can't then you can always camp with grader but most of us are too old for that swag stuff. We eat beef and bed and beef provided. If you need a change in diet there is icecream and chocolate. One other thing- I am not good at handling heavy drinkers nor those that require any form of illicit drugs even that legal CBD stuff that is widely prescribed.

Got that? I don't tolerate grog and drugs. Also anti vaxxers steer clear because I am very pro vaccination. Conspiracy theorists also don't last long here and no rifles please. Dog ok as long as not pit bull german shepherd blue heeler and any other dogs that might rip my precious working kelpies to pieces. Yes sorry the kelpies will lick you to death so you must like dogs also horses and cattle that get up close and personal. Yes the kelpies are part of the family so like it or don't come here.

The grader is an ancient John Deere 670B better maintained than its owner. It does need the fuel tanks removed and cleaned out but apart from that it is a good grader. We will give you a hand with tyres.

I have said singles preferred but we do have jobs like lawn watering for wife and maybe occasional evening meal if she can turn tough fatty beef into something gourmet like.
